Sarepta mustard seeds contain 35-47% oil, snow-white 30-40%. Mustard oil is widely used in food, in addition, in many other sectors of production - canning, bakery, confectionery, margarine, soap-making, pharmaceutical. In addition to oil, the seeds of Sarepta mustard contain 0.5-1.7% light (allyl) oil, snow-white 0.1-1.1%, which are used in cosmetics and perfumery.
